When you submit the form, the following information that you provide is processed:

• name
• e-mail address
• message content

The data is processed to handle your enquiry, conduct correspondence and — where your message concerns potential cooperation — take steps before entering into a contract.

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims

Providing the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address and message content it will not be possible to reply.

Data retention

Messages are retained for the duration of the correspondence and for no longer than 12 months after it ends.

If the correspondence results in a contract or may be relevant to legal claims, the necessary data may be retained for longer — for the period required by law or until the applicable limitation period expires.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate visitor statistics and performance information.

According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies or localStorage, does not assign persistent identifiers to visitors and does not build visitor profiles.

Browser storage and cookies

Only functional preferences are stored in the browser's localStorage:

• portfolio-theme — the selected light or dark theme
• portfolio-language — the most recently selected website language

These values are used solely to remember settings selected by the user and are not used for tracking. The website does not set advertising or profiling cookies.

Data recipients

Data may be processed by providers that support the technical operation of the website and communications, in particular:

• the hosting and server infrastructure provider
• the e-mail service provider
• Cloudflare — for website security, content delivery and aggregate website statistics
